HackneyHome is rooted in its community, with the founding partners, Iain and Jane MacIntyre living in, and loving, Hackney.

Iain MacIntyre  For 12 years, Iain worked as an engineer specialising in environmentally friendly buildings, designing his own projects and working with clients, project managers, and tradesmen to deliver outstanding residential and commercial buildings.

 

Jane MacIntyre  Frustrated at the approach of many tradesmen, Jane has renovated four homes of her own. She has created and maintained two large gardens and a roof terrace.

Jane has written a number of successful books and travelled the world, but now she is staying firmly put in Hackney. She has a great eye for design and colour and is a solid communicator well used to running her own projects.

Iain and Jane have worked on a number of successful projects together, and have built up solid relationships with suppliers, clients and trustworthy tradespeople.

Staff  The same respect we give to clients is extended to our team, all of whom have been carefully selected for their experience and attitude. Our standards are high, and we reinforce them by ongoing training and supervision.
