In December 2008, we discovered that nPower had been overcharging us for almost an entire year thanks to their haywire 'estimated bills' system. After a few letters, we obtained a refund of over £80. Further complaints about lack of price-rise notifications have brought £60 in goodwill gestures, but we're not yet satisified.
